Burleigh County is a county in the state of North Dakota. It has a population of about 81,308 residents, which makes it the second most populous county in the state.  It’s county seat is Bismarck, which also serves as the capital of North Dakota. The county was named for a politician in the Dakota Territory.

Burleigh County Resources:

Burleigh County Court – The Burleigh County Court is part of the South Central Judicial District and is open Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. The Burleigh County Court has original and general jurisdiction in all cases, unless otherwise provided by law.
